Nurbank provides extract from shareholder registers as of January 1, 2018 to KASE

/KASE, January 18, 2018/ – Nurbank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided an extract from its shareholder registers as of January 1, 2018 to KASE. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C33110012 of the Bank makes up 133,375,557 pieces, preferred shares KZ1P33110118 - 300,000 pieces; - 10,526,728 common shares and 225,876 preferred shares of the Bank are outstanding; - the Bank bought back 698 common shares and 181 preferred shares; - the sole shareholder and the only entity holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Bank is JP FINANCE GROUP LLP, which owns 8,903,753 shares of the Bank (82.81% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Bank), including 8,888,753 common shares (84.45% of the total number of the outstanding common shares of the Bank) and 15,000 preferred shares of the Bank (6.64% of the total number of outstanding preferred shares of the Bank).
