/KASE, January 18, 2018/ – KazTransGaz (Astana, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided an extract from its shareholder registers as of January 1, 2018 to KASE. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C41310018 of the Company makes up 352,547,508 pieces; - 351,540,791 common shares of the Company are outstanding; - the sole shareholder and the only entity holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is the National Company KazMunayGaz JSC.
