/KASE, January 18, 2018/ – Alatau Zharyk Company (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided an extract from its shareholder registers as of January 1, 2018 to KASE. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C05340019 of the Company makes up 147,364,847 pieces, preferred shares KZ1P05340115 - 1,250 pieces; - 142,315,508 common shares and all preferred shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company bought back 23,329,142 common shares; - the sole shareholder and the only entity holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is Samruk-Energy JSC, which owns 118,987,616 shares of the Company (83.61% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company), including 118,986,366 common shares (100.00% of the total number of the outstanding common shares of the Company) and 1,250 preferred shares of the Company (100.00% of the total number of outstanding preferred shares of the Company).
