/KASE, January 16, 2018/ – Zhairem Mining and Concentrating Complex (Zhayrem settlement, Karaganda Region, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided an extract from its shareholder registers as of January 1, 2018 to KASE. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C13590019 of the Company makes up 6,783,460 pieces, preferred shares KZ1P13590115 - 11,100 pieces; - 6,588,624 common shares and 9,689 preferred shares of the Company are outstanding; - the sole shareholder and the only entity holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is KAZZINC LLP, which owns 6,592,226 shares of the Company (99.91% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company), including 6,588,624 common shares and 3,602 preferred shares of the Company.
