/KASE, January 10, 2018/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau, hereinafter – the Company),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of December 26, 2017, according to which:
- The National Bank took note of non-placement of the Company's shares during
the period from May 22 to November 21, 2017;
- as of November 21, 2017, the following shares of the Company remained unplaced:
3,551,543 preferred shares.
