/KASE, January 8, 2018/ – National Company Food Contract Corporation (Astana,
hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of registered changes to the issue
prospectus of its shares and a certificate of state registration of a securities
issue dated December 28, 2017 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to the Company's shares issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increase in the number of
authorized shares of the Company;
- the total number of the Company's authorized ordinary shares KZ1C23640010 makes
up 89,559,548 pieces;
- the mentioned shares issue prospectus was entered in the State registry of
serial securities under No. А2364.
