According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of the Bank's authorized ordinary shares KZ1C37300015 makes up 220,500 pieces; - 70,500 ordinary shares of the Bank are outstanding; - the sole shareholder of the Bank and the only entity holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Bank is Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC.
