/KASE, December 25, 2017/ – National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (Astana,
hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank
of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of December 13, 2017 on approval
of the report on results of offering of the company's shares.
According to the letter provided:
- the National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of the company's
shares in the period from April 2 to October 1, 2017;
- as of October 2, 2017 496,113,720 ordinary shares of the company were outstanding;
its share capital equaled to KZT1,043,460,480,000.00.
