/KASE, December 13, 2017/ – Amangeldy Gas (Astana), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated December 4, 2017, according to which the National Bank approved the
report on results of the offering of bonds KZP01Y05F456 (KZ2P00003866; KASE
alternative market, category "bonds", AGGZb1) of Amangeldy Gas in the period
from April 7 to October 7, 2017.
According to the letter provided, as of October 7, 2017 2,101,424 pieces of said
bonds remained unplaced.
