/KASE, December 13, 2017/ – Eximbank Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated December 7, 2017, according to which:
- National Bank took note of the information about non-placement of the bank's
shares in the period from April 28 to October 27, 2017;
- as of October 28, 2017, 9,840,000 ordinary shares of the bank remained
unplaced.
