/KASE, October 24, 2017/ – As announced earlier, an initial offering of bonds
KZP02Y10F215 (KZ2C00004109, KASE main market, category "bonds", TMJLb4; KZT1,000,
KZT25.0 bn; 117 months; semi-annual coupon will be determined upon results of the
first successful special trading sessions for bonds offering; 30/360) of
National Company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" (Astana) is conducted in Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE, or exchange) trading system today by way of subscription
to them.
Halyk Finance, a subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty,
hereinafter – the Seller) will act as the seller during the subscription to said
bonds.
The face value of the bonds being offered is KZT25,000,000,000.
As the price an order must indicate the coupon rate, expressed in annual
percentage with accuracy of up to the second decimal place.
The number of financial instruments in an order must be represented by the
number of bonds in pieces. The subscription conditions contain no restrictions
on buyers with regard to the maximum number of bonds in orders submitted.
The subscription orders will be collected on October 24, 2017 from 10:00 to
11:30 o'clock (Almaty time). The bond's subscription ticker is TMJLb4. Within
the subscription only limit orders submitted to KASE trading system by the
closed method will be accepted.
The Seller shall receive the registry of orders collected by the Exchange on
October 24, 2017; the Exchange shall receive the registry of executed orders on
October 24, 2017; the settlement date is October 24, 2017.
Central Securities Depository will carry out settlements. The buyers of securities
must ensure the sufficiency of funds in their accounts with Central Securities
Depository by 09:00 (Almaty time) on October 24, 2017 to pay for securities they
acquired.
According to this subscription's terms the list of additional information on the
investor disclosed to the issuer of said bonds must include the last name, first
name, if available – patronymic of the individual or the name of the legal
entity.
Applications for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange
