/KASE, October 23, 2017/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of October 23, 2017, bonds
KZP02Y10F215 (KZ2C00004109; KZT1,000, KZT25.0 bn; 117 months; semi-annual coupon,
will be determined upon results of the first successful special trading sessions
for bonds offering; 30/360) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy (Astana) were included
in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of October 23, 2017, as the
issuer fulfilled the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
Tsesna Capital (Astana) is the bondholders' representative.
Halyk Finance, a subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), is a
financial advisor to NC Kazakhstan temir zholy and an underwriter for said
bonds.
Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) TMJLb4.
