Bonds KZP02Y10F215 (KZ2C00004109, TMJLb4) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy underwent procedure of listing on KASE by category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, October 23, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of October 23, 2017, bonds KZP02Y10F215 (KZ2C00004109; KZT1,000, KZT25.0 bn; 117 months; semi-annual coupon, will be determined upon results of the first successful special trading sessions for bonds offering; 30/360) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy (Astana) were included in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Said bond issue is the second one under the first bond program of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy registered by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on February 1, 2016 to the total amount of KZT200.0 bn and the fourth issue of said issuer's "internal" bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. Tsesna Capital (Astana) is the bondholders' representative. Halyk Finance, a subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), is a financial advisor to NC Kazakhstan temir zholy and an underwriter for said bonds. Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) TMJLb4. More detailed information on said bond issue will be released on KASE website once the Listing Commission's decision becomes effective.
