whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE of the following:

On October 5, 2017 international agency Fitch for commercial reasons withdrew
the Bank's ratings:
Long-term issue default ratings in foreign and national currency of level
"ССС";
The short-term issuer default rating in foreign currency of level "С";
National long-term rating of level "В(kaz)";
Ratings of senior unsecured debt of level "ССС" (rating on bonds of the first
issue under the second bond program (NIN KZP01Y10E988, ISIN KZ2C00003325)).
