/KASE, October 2, 2017/ – Eximbank Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE of the following:

On September 28, 2017 international rating agency Fitch downgraded the Bank's
long-term issuer default ratings in foreign and national currency and the rating
on bonds of the first issue under its second bond program (NIN KZP01Y10E988,
ISIN KZ2C00003325) from "В-" to "ССС", the short-term issuer default rating in
foreign currency was downgraded from "В" to "С", and the national long-term
rating was downgraded from "В+(kaz)" to "В(kaz)". The ratings were removed from
the Rating Watch Negative (RWN)
At the same time, the Bank notifies you that on September 28, 2017 the Bank sent
a letter to international rating agency Fitch regarding withdrawal of specified
ratings.
