/KASE, August 23, 2017/ – Altyntau Kokshetau (Akmola region), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
of the following:

On August 22, 2017 Altyntau Kokshetau and Kazakhstan's Ministry of Investments
and Development signed addendum No. 5 to Contract No. 1185 dated 07.07.2003.
Amendments represent review of financial obligations, without changing the natural
indicators and engineering of the approved project, due to changed prices on the
market, as well as for other reasons beyond control of the subsoil user.
