/KASE, August 3, 2017/ – Alatau Zharyk Company (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated July 28, 2017, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y05E368 (KZ2C00001907,
KASE Main Market, Bonds Category, AZHKb1) of Alatau Zharyk Company in the
period from December 28, 2016 to June 27, 2017.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of June 27, 2017 19,048 bonds remained unplaced.
