Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a press release to
announce that "Nostrum Oil & Gas Finance B.V. announces the launch of an
offer for the buyback and receipt of a consent on the outstanding senior notes
of Zhaikmunai LLP with an interest rate of 6.375% maturing on February 14, 2019
and senior notes with an interest rate of 7.125% maturing on November 13,
2019". –
