/KASE, June 26, 2017/ – As previously reported, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated May 24, 2017,
ordinary shares GG00BD3DTC15 of Ferro-Alloy Resources Limited have
been included in the second category of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision's effective date is June 26, 2017 as the said
issuer fulfilled the terms set in clause 1 of Chapter 5 of Annex 2.2 to KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
On June 1, 2017 the structure of KASE official list changed and these shares
were listed in KASE official list in "shares" sector of AIM.
Opening of KASE-based trading in these shares will be announced.
Said shares have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) GG_FERR.
