As of June 26, 2017 securities of Kazinvestbank were delisted from KASE official list

/KASE, June 26, 2017/ – Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) as of June 26, 2017 delisted the following securities of Kazinvestbank from KASE official list: 1) common shares KZ1C35620018 (KZ000A1CTMP5, KASE Main Market, Standard Category, KIBN); 2) bonds KZP02Y15D789 (KZ2C00003184, KASE Main Market, Bonds Category, KIBNb6); 3) bonds KZP03Y15D787 (KZ2C00003192, KASE Main Market, Bonds Category, KIBNb7); 4) bonds KZ2C0Y15F392 (KZ2C00003770, KASE Main Market, Bonds Category, KIBNb8). According to KASE findings dated June 20, 2017 the possibility to delist these securities was considered due to a repeated (nine or more times during twelve consecutive calendar months) violation by Kazinvestbank of the disclosure requirements from KASE internal document "Listing rules". In addition, KASE has no information whether the first coupon interest (for the period from September 19, 2016 to March 18, 2017) on bonds KZ2C0Y15F392, and the fourth coupon interest (for the period from November 19, 2016 to May 18, 2017) on bonds KZP02Y15D789 and KZP03Y15D787 were paid or not paid. Based on the foregoing and in accordance with sub-item 6) of item 1 of Chapter 3 of Annex 2.2 to the Listing Rules, these securities were delisted. Common shares were included in KASE official list’s "B" category on July 24, 2003; as of June 1, 2017 they were in the "standard" category of KASE official list. Trades in them opened on March 14, 2006. Bonds KZP02Y15D789 and KZP03Y15D787 were included in KASE official list’s category "other debt securities" on May 19, 2015; as of June 1, 2017 they were in the "bonds" category of the main market of KASE official list. Trades in them opened on June 24, 2015 Bonds KZ2C0Y15F392 were included in KASE official list’s category "other debt securities" on September 19, 2016; as of June 1, 2017 they were in the "bonds" category of the main market of KASE official list. Trades in them opened on September 21, 2016 Management Board of KASE decided to suspend trading in these securities in KASE trading system as of December 28, 2016. [2017-06-26]
