/KASE, March 2, 2017/ – Alatau Zharyk Company (Almaty, the Company),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 20, 2017, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on the results of offering of bonds
KZP01Y05E368 (KZ2C00001907, KASE official list, category "debt securities of
entities from the quasi-public sector", AZHKb1) of the Company for the period
from June 28 to December 27, 2016.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered during the reporting
period; as of December 28, 2016, 19,048 bonds remained unplaced.
