announces concluding an interested party transaction as a related party
transaction, namely entering into an agreement according to which the Exchange
would authorize a temporary ownership and use (lease) of the non-residential
premises by, and provide the services related to maintenance of the leased
premises in accordance with all the technical specification requirements to,
eTrade.kz LLP (affiliate of the Exchange, related party)".
