Kazinvestbank banned from trading on KASE

/KASE, December 27, 2016/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board, Kazinvestbank (Almaty), a member of KASE by categories "currency" and "stock market", was banned from participation in trading on KASE from 14:37 o'clock (Almaty time) on December 27, 2016. The decision was taken based on a message from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2016 "On withdrawal of Kazinvestbank's license for conducting banking and other transactions and activities on the securities market" and in accordance with sub-items 1) and 2) of item 1 of article 11 of KASE internal document "Regulations on Membership".
