In November number of individual accounts involved in shares transactions on KASE increased by 12 %

/KASE, December 21, 2016/ – In November 2016 the number of individual accounts involved in shares transactions on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), increased by 12 % compared with the previous month. At the same time the percentage of individuals in the gross turnover of shares in monetary terms decreased to 46.4 % from 48.0 % in October 2016. As of the end of November there were 104,860 personal accounts at Central Securities Depository JSC (hereinafter – CD) opened by individuals, which is by 137 accounts more than at the end of the previous month, and by 3,348 accounts more than at the beginning of 2016.
