EGM of Kazinvestbank shareholders scheduled for December 22, 2016

/KASE, November 21, 2016/ – Kazinvestbank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on December 22, 2016 at 16:00 o'clock. The sole issue on the agenda is the approval of the Bank's updated charter. Said meeting will take place at 172 Dostyk avenue, Almaty. Participant registration will start at 15:30 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting was compiled as of November 17, 2016. In case of no quorum a repeated meeting of the Bank's shareholders will take place on January 23, 2017 at the same time at the above address.
