/KASE, October 14, 2016/ – Imstalcon (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of a non-payment of the 14th coupon interest on its bonds KZP02Y07D547 (KZ2C00000446, IMSKb2). Imstalcon in its letter announces the following: quote On January 25, 2016 Almaty Special inter-district economic court (ASIEC) took a decision on applying the rehabilitation procedure to Imstalcon JSC, which came into force following a decision of the appeal judicial board of the Almaty City Court on civil and administrative cases on March 30, 2016.
