/KASE, July 7, 2016/ – Kazinvestbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy
of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated June 29, 2016, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP02Y03D785 (KZ2C00003184,
KASE official list, category "other debt securities", KIBNb6) of Kazinvestbank
for the period from November 19, 2015 to May 18, 2016.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of May 19, 2016, 50,000,000 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
