/KASE, May 18, 2016/ – Eastcomtrans (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed
KASE that "on May 11, 2016 Moody's Investors Service changed the rating on
national scale at "В3.kz" to "В1.kz" due to the changed calculation methodology
and national rating scale of Kazakhstan. Outlook "Negative".
