/KASE, April 18, 16/ – ALMA-TV (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter
from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of April 12,
2016, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of
offering of bonds KZ2P0Y07E951 (KZ2P00003239, ALTVb1) of ALMA-TV in the period
from August 28, 2015 to February 27, 2016.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
reporting period. As of December 3, 2015, 70,000,000,000 bonds remained
unplaced.
