/KASE, April 6, 2016/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the company), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2016. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C48950014 of the company makes up 65,066,482 units; - all authorized shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole Company'S shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is KAZTRANSGAS JSC.
