/KASE, March 14, 16/ – Imstalcon JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated March 3, 2016, according to which the National
Bank approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP01Y07D747
(KZ2C00000420, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", IMSKb3) of
Imstalcon JSC for the period from June 4 to December 3, 2015.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of December 4, 2015, 39,996,800 pieces of the mentioned bonds
remained unplaced.
