/KASE, February 1, 16/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange)
informs you of making amendments No. 15 to the issue prospectus of KASE
shares (Prospectus).
The said amendments were made following a decision of KASE Board of Directors
(minutes No. 1 of the meeting on January 8, 2016):
- on early termination as of January 11, 2016 of powers of Yeszhan Birtanov
as Chairman of the Exchange's Management Board;
- on appointment as of January 11, 2016 for an undetermined term, until the
Board of Directors' other decision, of member of KASE Management Board
Natalia Khoroshevskaya the acting Chairman of the Exchange's Management Board.
