/KASE, January 15, 16/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that
on January 8, 2016, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) registered amendments and additions No. 14 (amendments) to the issue
prospectus of KASE shares (Prospectus).
The mentioned amendments were made due to the replacement of
representatives of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan as members
of the Board of Directors of KASE, and in order to harmonize it.
The updated issue prospectus of KASE shares will be available on KASE
website, in section "About" – "Corporate documents" at
http://www.kase.kz/files/for_shareholders/kasef9_izm14_2016_eng.pdf soon.
