/KASE, December 7, 15/ – Subsidiary organization "Aktobe-Temir-VS" JSC (Aktobe,
hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the
National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of November 26, 2015
on approval of the report on results of offering shares of the company.
According to the letter provided:
- National Bank approved the report on results of offering of shares of the
company in the period from August 18 to September 1, 2015;
- as of September 1, 2015 449,890 ordinary shares of the company were
outstanding; its shareholders capital equaled to KZT297,152,345.00.
