Ordinary shares KZ1C60050016 (KZ1C00001163, ANSA) of Ansagan Petroleum underwent listing on KASE by second category

/KASE, October 16, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated October 15, 2015 ordinary shares KZ1C60050016 (ISIN – KZ1C00001163) of Ansagan Petroleum JSC (Aktau) have been included in the second category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of Article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE-based trading in these shares will also be announced additionally. According to the certificate of National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of a securities issue of July 21, 2015, the issue of authorized shares of Ansagan Petroleum JSC was divided in 100,000 ordinary shares which were assigned national identification number KZ1C60050016. The issue was entered in the State registry of serial securities under No. A6005. Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) is the financial advisor of Ansagan Petroleum JSC. The said shares have been assigned abbreviation (trade code) ANSA. The main activity of Ansagan Petroleum JSC is exploration and production of mineral resources, including oil resources, subsequent processing of petrochemicals; as well as sale of fuels and lubricants, crude oil, according to the contracts with oil companies.
