MEIT Kazakhstan promises Kazakhoil will contribute to loading of Pavlodar refinery

/IRBIS, Dec.13, 00/ - The Great Silk Road World News Agency informs, with
the reference to the Ministry of energy, industry and trade of Kazakhstan,
that that the MEIT could provide for the monthly load of the Pavlodar refinery
with Kazakhoil's participation based on interchange with Russia. The
supplies could be made as follows: Kazakhoil 100,000 tons,
Mangistaumunaigaz 150,000 tons, and Aktobemunaigaz 50,000 tons. This
would make up a total of 3.6m tons a year.
The total load of the domestic refineries could be as follows: the Atyrau
refinery (Atyrau, West Kazakhstan) supplied with 2.5m tons, Pavlodar
refinery (Pavlodar, north) with 3.6m tons and the SHNOS (Shymkent, south)
with 3m tons per year. This would made up a total of 9.1m tones, and would
completely satisfy the internal demand, which currently stands at 8-8.5m
tons of crude oil and gas per year.
