/KASE, October 9, 15/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that on
October 5, 2015, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved
the report No. 15 on results of offering of shares of Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE) in the period from February 26 to August 25, 2015.
According to the Rules of placement of the Financial statements depository,
the stock exchange of information on corporate events, financial statements
and auditor's reports, as well as information on the total amount of
remuneration to members of the executive body based upon results of the year,
approved by resolution No. 72 of Management Board of National Bank of
Republic of Kazakhstan of February 24, 2012, we inform you of the following:
1. Government body that registered the securities issue, date of state
registration of the securities issue: the Committee of the National Bank
of Republic of Kazakhstan for Control and Surveillance of Financial Market
and Financial Organizations, December 20, 2012.
2. Type, quantity of securities authorized for issue, national identification
number assigned to the securities: ordinary shares, 5,000,000 pieces,
KZ1C10030019.
3. Increase in the number of authorized securities: date of state registration
of changes in the issue prospectus of securities with regard to an increase
in the quantity of authorized securities, date of decision on an increase
in the number of authorized securities, and the name of the body of
joint-stock company which took that decision, the number of authorized
securities after the state registration of respective changes in the issue
prospectus of securities with regard to the types of securities: in the
period under review no decision on increasing the number of authorized
ordinary shares was taken.
4. Date of decision on placement of securities: in the period under review no
decision on placement of ordinary shares was taken.
5. Date of beginning of placement of securities, terms of offering of
securities with indication of the number of securities proposed for
offering, and the method of offering: not applicable.
6. Date of end of placement of securities (with indicator of the reporting
