/KASE, October 8, 2015/ – Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC ( Almaty region, hereinafter – the company), debt securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of October 1, 2015. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C45260011 of the company makes up 6,560,751 units, preferred shares KZ1P45260117 - 2,186,917 units; - 6,558,659 common shares of the company are outstanding, preferred shares have not been offered; - the sole Company's shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is KAGAZY INVESTMENTS Ltd.
