Kazkommertsbank announces selling 55.0 mln ordinary shares of BTA Ipoteka

/KASE, September 25, 15/ – Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "the Bank sold 55,000,000 ordinary shares (NIN KZ1C44010011) – 100% of the total number of outstanding ordinary shares issued by subsidiary organization BTA Ipoteka".
