/KASE, September 21, 15/ – Subsidiary Bank Home Credit and Finance JSC
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated September 15, 2015 on approval
by the National Bank of the report on results of offering of bonds
KZP01Y05E657 (KZ2C00002517, KASE official list, other debt securities
category, HCBNb2) of Subsidiary Bank Home Credit and Finance JSC for the
period from February 12 to August 11, 2015.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
said period; as of August 11, 2015 8,231,498 of the said bonds remained
unplaced.
