KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding held administratively liable

/KASE, August 19, 15/ – KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Holding), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on August 11, 2015, in accordance with the Order on administrative penalties in cases of administrative offenses, the National Bank of Kazakhstan under Art. 263 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences brought the Holding to administrative liability and imposed on it an administrative penalty in the form of a fine of 100 monthly indicators for each administrative offense protocol totaling to KZT396,400 (three hundred ninety six thousand four hundred)".
