NSC of Kazakhstan approved the issue and offering report on the second issue of Astana-finance OJSC (Kazakhstan) shares

/IRBIS, Oct.17, 00/ - Public relations department of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan (NSC) informed that on October 13, 2000 the issue and offering report on the second issue of Astana-finance OJSC (Astana) shares for an amount of KZT1,446,627,000 was approved. Registered authorized capital of Astana-finance OJSC, by the data of the NSC and the KASE, equals KZT3,100,000,000 (with announced KZT5.0 bln). Of this number KZT100 mln was paid as of January 17, 2000. All shares of the two issue are common inscribed shares with KZT1,000.00. All shares have NIN KZ1C37671418. Type of issue - non-documentary. Each of the two issues was entered into the State register. The shareholders register is maintained by LLP лTenir-Registr» (Almaty, license of NSC № 20050018, dated April 16, 1997,). Astana-finance OJSC is non-banking financial institution, with its primary activities: some banking services, investment services, financing economic and social development programs of SEZ of Astana, as well as other activities based on the Charter and existing licenses. Common inscribed shares of Astana-finance OJSC were entered into official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) securities under category "B" (trade code - ASFI) on February 17, 2000. From the first trades (Feb.28, 00) 45 deals were made in them for a total of 749.9 th. U.S. dollars, including initial additional offering.
