KEGOC served with summons

/KASE, July 22, 15/ – KEGOC JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "according to the summons KEGOC JSC was served with on July 16, 2015 the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Astana scheduled a court hearing on August 4, 2015 on a civil case No.2-8514/2015, the lawsuit filed by Tyemnaya Loshadka LLC against KEGOC JSC and Manabaeva BL SP to abolish Minutes of procurement results, obligation to enter into an agreement with the plaintiff and invalidation of an agreement between the defendants (non-material in nature)".
