Bank of Astana JSC announces completion of withdrawal of Astana Finance JSC
(hereinafter - Astana-Finance) from shareholders of the Bank.
As of July 10, 2015 the Bank's shareholders are businessmen Olzhas Tokhtarov
and Kenes Rakishev. Mr. Tokhtarov concurrently is the Chairman of the Board of
Directors of Bank of Astana.
