Pavlodar oil refinery to receive 100 th. tons of oil in October 2000

/IRBIS, Oct.5, 00/ - REUTERS informs, with the reference to the general director of Pavlodar NPZ (oil refinery), Daulet Jarasov, that in October of this year the plant will receive 100 th. tons of oil from Mangistaumunaigas on a substitution scheme. He said that it was based on the agreement with the Ministry of energy, industry and trade. Projected capacity of the plant is 600 th. tons of oil a year. In September of this year the plant received 196.40 th. tons of oil, and processed 211.83 th. tons, including remaining quantities of previous month, is said. Last month 150 th. tons of oil was received from Mangistaumunaigas, and 46 th. tons from Kazakhbenzinkorporatsya. In July of current 87% of the company's shares were transferred to the Ministry of energy, industry and trade because the American company CCL Oil, that has managed the company for three years, did not meet its obligations. General director of the plant said that during the last 2.5 months the plant has processed 483 th. tons of oil compared with 700 th. tons of oil processed during the whole 1999.
