KEGOC drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, June 19, 15/ – KEGOC JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE, that following a resolution of Astana special inter-district administrative court of May 18, 2015 a decision was taken on drawing KEGOC JSC "to administrative responsibility for violation of article 79 of the Act of Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint-Stock Companies", expressed in KEGOC's failure to timely fulfill the obligation to disclose information on interested party transactions executed in 2014, responsibility for which is stipulated in article 263 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code ".
