/KASE, June 5, 15/ – Zhaikmunai (Oral), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), today provided KASE with the following
information statement:

Zhaikmunai LLP , subsidiary of Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC ... today announces the
equivalent of dividends in pounds of sterling per ordinary share with regard to
the final dividend which was for the first time announced on March 25, 2015 at
USD0.27 per ordinary share.
Dividends on ordinary shares will be paid out in pounds of sterling at 17.4156
pence (0.174156 pounds of sterling) per ordinary share.
