KEGOC drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, April 8, 15/ – KEGOC JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that following a resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of March 31, 2015 KEGOC JSC was drawn to administrative responsibility: quote subject of administrative sanction (content of administrative violation) with indication of the article of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code – violation of article 79 of the Act of Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint-Stock Companies" and article 104 of the Act of Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Securities Market" were detected, expressed in KEGOC's failure to disclose information according to the procedure and on terms determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, responsibility for which is stipulated in article 263 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code. unquote [2015-04-08]
