Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank says officer imposed administrative sanction

/KASE, December 10, 14/ – Subsidiary Bank "Alfa-Bank" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that based on a Resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2014 an administrative sanction was imposed on an officer of the Bank "for administrative violation in form of provision by the Bank to the authorized body for control and surveillance of financial market and financial organizations of statements not containing data whose provision is required by bank laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan (part 1 of article 168-2 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code").
