/KASE, December 2, 14, September 22, 14 news repetition/ – Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) has by an official letter of September 18, 2014 informed KASE of the following: quote We inform individuals that the offering of KEGOC JSC shares under Program "People's IPO" is supposed to take place among individuals – residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Settlements on offering of KEGOC JSC shares under Program "People's IPO" will be carried out by Central Securities Depository JSC (hereinafter – the Central Securities Depository). For purposes of control by the Central Depository, data on the citizenship of individuals taking part in the offering will be checked upon receipt of orders for purchase of KEGOC JSC shares. In case of absence of data on the citizenship of the individual in the accounting system of the Central Depository, the Central Depository in accordance with sub-item 2) of item 3 of article 37-1 of the Rules of carrying out depository activities of the set of Rules of the Central Depository will reject the above-mentioned order. Taking into account that currently not all individuals have provided details of their citizenship in the accounting system of the Central Depository, we ask individuals wishing to take part in the offering of KEGOC JSC shares under Program "People's IPO" and on whose names a sub-account has already been opened in the accounting system of the Central Depository, to urgently turn to his broker or at Kazpost JSC (to the professional market participant where the account was opened) for purposes of checking information on details of their sub-account for availability of details on citizenship. In case of absence of that information, we ask individuals to urgently make changes in details of their sub-accounts.
